His career has spanned both structured corporate environments and the unpredictable world of startups.

Alan has frequently taken on HR responsibilities with the belief that building the right culture is one of the most effective ways to drive revenue growth. The challenges of leading teams and shaping culture in both bootstrapped and venture-backed settings have taught him how to manage individuals and build resilient teams in high-pressure, fast-changing environments. He blends corporate discipline with startup agility to offer actionable strategies for leaders looking to adapt and innovate, with a focus on helping others build sustainable, values-driven cultures amid the chaos of growth.
