1. How can I speak at CultureCon West?
CultureCon West speakers are invite-only and selected in partnership with our Host Sponsor. To be considered for future speaking opportunities, please complete our Contact Us form and select the Speaker Opportunities checkbox.

Please note that CultureCon does not pay any speakers or travel fees. 
​
2. How can I become a sponsor of CultureCon West?
CultureCon West is not possible without the generous support from local, national, and international organizations. If you'd like to learn more about CultureCon West sponsorship opportunities, please complete our 'Contact Us' form and select the Sponsorship Opportunities checkbox.
 
3. How can I volunteer at CultureCon West?
Our events are not possible without the generous support of volunteers. If you'd like to be considered for volunteering opportunities, please complete our 'Contact Us' form and select the Volunteering Opportunities checkbox.

4. Why are my shoes so wet?
Did you step in a puddle again? Stop doing that.

5. Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes, we will have a table setup at registration for day-of ticket sales.

6. How do I get a media pass to CultureCon West?
To inquire about media passes, please email info@cultureconusa.org.

7. Are purchased tickets refundable or transferable?
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty if received in writing prior to seven (7) days of the event. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

8. What is the conference dress code? 
Business comfortable. Wait. Casual formal? It doesn't matter. Some attendees will be in jeans and sneakers, others will be in khakis and dress shoes. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

9. Where should I park?
Please visit our 'Travel and Accommodations' page for parking information.

10. What meals are provided?
Once available, our event schedule page will feature our hosted meal information. We accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

11. What hotels are available?

12. What sites and tourist attractions are available?
We're here to help! Here are some recommendations on things to do and places to eat. For more information and recommendations for your stay, visit the Travel Santa Ana website.

13. Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentation slides and video recordings will be made available after the event in our Learning Center. Details on how to access the content will be provided after the event.

14. Does CultureCon West count towards professional re-certification credits?
Our conference qualifies for re-certification credits from both SHRM and HRCI. After the event is over, we will publish re-certification codes in the same location as our speaker slides and video recordings.

15. Does CultureCon West enforce any safety policies related to COVID-19?
Yes. Please carefully review our COVID-19 Limitation of Liability and Acknowledgement of Risk page. To attend our events, all conference attendees are required to review, agree, and accept our 'COVID-19 Provision' during online registration. Terms of the provision are subject to change at anytime based on venue requirements and public health guidelines.
