Breakout Presentation

Presentation Details
When we think about influencing change through disruption, we often think of disturbance or problems. But what if we change the narrative around culture disruption to be a positive and collaborative process?
Influencing culture shifts and changes is not easy, especially because most organization have subcultures that are not on the same cultural continuum. We can use data to inform recommendations and decisions, working with leaders across organizations wherever they are on the culture continuum, and take the journey beside them, not ahead of them. It also means leaning into emotional intelligence and fostering meaningful relationships.
In this session, we will discuss:
-
The Cultural Continuum and meeting leaders where they are.
-
Making data our friend for change- data tells the story.
-
Becoming a collaborative disruptor and ways to disrupt without disaster.
