Presentation Description

For organizations that want to retain top talent, the race is on to prioritize the things employees truly care about. Connection is one of those things. Your people want to feel like they belong—that they’re part of a greater whole. But recent Blueboard research revealed stark gaps when it comes to employees’ sense of connection to their company, from disconnection to company values to disconnection to teammates.

Join us for a conversation where we’ll discuss how you can identify and close connection gaps at your organization through effective, meaningful employee recognition.

Three Takeaways:

  1. Take the time to understand your recognition goal.

  2. Ensure program criteria is clearly defined and equitable.

  3. Socializing recognition creates a ripple effect for your employer brand.
