This will be a workshop where Beth provides tangible, meaningful ways that attendees can be allies to women of color at work. Topics include: intersectionality, microaggressions, allies, intention, bias, covering, and stereotypes.

Beth spent 20 years in Corporate America before realizing her dream of entrepreneurship. With over 2 decades experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology, she has a proven track record in strategic planning, diversity & inclusion, project management, mentoring, customer relationships, and career advancement. Beth recently opened her own boutique consulting firm where she guides small businesses in the strategic development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion programs. Beth sits on the board of South Carolina's Women's Rights & Empowerment Network and is currently studying for her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University. Beth is mom to one daughter, Isabella, and in her spare time blogs and plays in makeup.
