Faatima lives for the laughs; a Chief Happiness Officer at heart, Faatima began her journey at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on a pre-medicine path earning degrees in Biology, Spanish and Leadership Development. Although a nontraditional route, her unique perspective and lived experiences have led her to her passion of uniting the community through building meaningful relationships starting with her most important asset -her team. As the new Director of Corporate and Community Engagement at United Way, Faatima oversees a team of professionals dedicated to creating experiences that engage and inspire everyone in Dane County to give, advocate and volunteer.
