His focus on relationship building models, along with his facilitation background, provide unique perspectives to experiential and practical application.

Frank holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership & Management with emphases in Personality and In-Group/Out-Group relationships in the workplace (Leader and Employee relationships). His love of continuous, enthusiastic learning is also the foundation of his DEI message, be curious.
