When was the last time you thought about who you wanted to be as a leader? The uncertainty and stress of the past year have left many people just trying to get through what's immediately in front of them. But without the high-level vision and a way to incorporate that into your day-to-day, you'll continue to put out fires instead of preventing them.
This program will help you be more intentional about how you're showing up as a leader every day. Over the course of 2 weeks, you will:
Gain clarity on your leadership values and how to use them (even during times of uncertainty)
Learn the biggest obstacles that slow down your leadership growth
Create habits that support you in showing up as the leader you want to be
Week 1: Create your leadership vision - To kick things off we'll be talking about your leadership goals and what it would look like to be that leader in your day-to-day.
Week 2: Leading others - After focusing on yourself in Week 1, we'll switch gears to discuss how you can be more intentional about leading those around you and identify the most common obstacles that derail leaders from this intention.
"I recently had an opportunity to attend Intentional Leadership Coaching with Karla Angel. Karla takes a thoughtful approach as she guides and encourages those in her sessions to be introspective and begin peeling away the layers in understanding oneself. She creates a space of acceptance and openness where ideas, thoughts and collaborations can take hold and reveal true growth. She is authentic, intentional and purposeful in her approach in helping others to flourish."
