Breakout Session

Presentation Details
At the intersection of business x culture = people. This talk examines the underlying values and cultural
norms historically driving the marketplace, identifies the resulting tension for employees, explores the
systemic changes and ‘new wave leadership’ needed to create new pathways through a both/and
approach that unleashes the potential of every employee and subsequently the brand, where both
flourish.
Find out how Reebok, the irreverent sports culture brand, is approaching culture transformation as they
live out their philosophy, life is not a spectator sport. In this heartfelt, soul stirring, and inspirational
storytelling of the Reebok journey, you will experience the strength, empathy, authenticity, and
vulnerable leadership of its architect, love scholar practitioner, Jasmine Bellamy. Be inspired by her
redemptive imagination and bold mission to joyfully disrupt the status quo in the marketplace by
cultivating a new system built on love, not fear.
In this session, you will:
-
Learn the tools and techniques of being a "joyful disruptor."
