Jennifer Anderson, MS, is a Senior Advisor at FarWell and Owner of Resilience, LLC. Jennifer is a senior change practitioner with extensive experience coaching leaders to effectively guide complex organizational change. Jennifer is a ProSci-certified change practitioner, PSM1 scrum master, and C-IAYT yoga therapist. Jennifer offers embodied mindfulness practices and interactive workshops designed to alleviate stress and anxiety.
