Kelly Jones is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Cisco. Leading the People & Communities organization (P&C), Kelly oversees the essential functions, policies, and operations to unleash the full potential of Cisco’s people. P&C designs and implements data-driven, people-first solutions to enable Cisco’s business transformation and support the holistic care, well-being, and advancement of the company's 85,000+ employees. 

With over 15 years at Cisco, Kelly has developed extensive experience in building award-winning, high-performing global teams. Kelly serves on the board of HeadCount and is an executive sponsor of Cisco’s Connected Disability Action Network (CDAN). Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband Dave and rescue dog Henri.
