"Courageous Conversations for Culture Change"
---
How can a global company that has been consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work, ranked among Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators, and surpassing industry benchmarks for talent retention and customer service, create a burning platform for culture change?
At TELUS Digital, a leading IT services and multilingual Customer Experience provider with more than 70,000 team members worldwide, culture has been a key driver of competitive advantage. However, disruptive changes—including the pandemic, the shift to remote and hybrid work, acquisitions, and an IPO in 2021—highlighted the dual nature of these cultural strengths.
To navigate this evolution, the head of Global Learning at TI collaborated with the executive team to reassess the company’s cultural principles and develop a blueprint for the next phase of its growth. This session explores the challenges and opportunities of shaping culture in a rapidly transforming organization.
Through this session, you'll learn:
-
How to ignite courageous conversations with the C-Suite to identify the need for culture change
-
How to create awareness, understanding, and accountability among senior leaders of the behaviors that can drive real transformation
-
Practical ideas for driving leadership behavior change at scale to create culture transformation
