Unprecedented times. For the past years, these two words have dominated the headlines and workplace trends. From changing where and how we work together (virtually and IRL), racial reckoning, the Great Resignation to momentous tech layoffs, the employer/employee is forever changed. In the midst of the external shifts of expectations, how can an organization successfully scale a cultural transformation while keeping their people engaged and motivated? Michele will share her experience, learnings and insight to creating a growth mindset, rallying your employees around common goals and dismantling complex processes to lead a cultural transformation from the heart.
After this session, you'll:
Know how to use your company's values as a north star to support business evolution.
Understand the power of a collective 'why' and a common purpose.
Know why creating a culture of equity and inclusion is the foundation of trust and engagement.
