Speaker Bio:

Scott is Cisco’s Vice President of People Partners for the Product, Common Hardware, and Splunk technology businesses. He puts his strengths to work in partnering with C-suite executives, reshaping organizations, exploring the future of work, and building and leading teams that relentlessly pursue excellence. Scott partners directly with Cisco’s Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Jeetu Patel and his senior leadership team. Scott’s team works with executive leadership for the Common Hardware Group and the Product and Technology organization at Splunk. Together with his team, Scott represents 30,000+ employees across the globe in multibillion-dollar portfolio.
 

Across his 20+ year tenure at Cisco, Scott has led teams in Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and People & Communities (HR). He has been the people partner to Cisco’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Scott has led organizations in many facets of HR including people partners, performance, learning and development, leader/team development, and HR technology.

 

Scott embraces a ‘one company, many careers’ mindset to pursue his growth and aspirations. Scott is an inclusive leader who seeks innovative solutions to connect business outcomes, people, and technology.
