With 10 years of experience developing people-centric practices, she empowers organizations to create exceptional employee experiences that drive business outcomes and people success. She has over two years of experience leading career development courses and workshops for Gen-Z to seasoned professionals. And as 2x expat who has lived and worked in China and Brazil, she brings a global perspective to everything she does.  

 

As an individual contributor and leader in Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and professional organizations, Selchia believes change can start with anyone—no title required.
