Presentation Description

Two factors have paved the way for this conversation. First, the stark reality of our mental health crisis, exacerbated by the pandemic; and its impact on our workforce. And second, the proven safety and efficacy of psychedelic therapy; including the upcoming milestone of making MDMA a medicine.

This conversation will feature HR and business leaders that are already working to introduce psychedelic-assisted therapy as an employer-sponsored, insurance-covered treatment available to employees that stand to benefit. We’ll be holding a discussion to help all HR leaders understand how and why this employee benefit is set to revolutionize our workforces – and beyond.
