CultureCon 2019

--Keynote--

Presentation Description:

You know the drill. Attend conference, meet people, get excited, learn things. Leave conference, back to reality, do nothing.

OR…you can commit to doing something with it. Every. Single. Day. Join two of the funniest (if you like #dadjokes) culture geeks you'll ever meet to learn about how YOU are uniquely positioned to transform your organization’s culture. If you hate smiling, abhor laughing, and detest the feeling of motivation, you’re advised to skip this one.

Three Takeaways:

  1. A healthy reminder of why we’re here, and that culture is just so d$&@ important.

  2. Motivation and ideas for unlocking your Culture Super Powers and infusing them into your organization.

  3. A framework for turning your conference experience into real action, so that you get the most juice out of this delicious CultureCon squeeze.

Bio:

Ted Gurman is on a quest to elevate you to your full potential of awesomeness. He founded Bluetree Network, a healthcare IT consulting firm, with a belief that the workplace could indeed be a place where employees showed up as themselves rather than work-persona approximations of themselves - where individuality and authenticity are celebrated alongside collaboration. It turned out he was right - Bluetree grew at a remarkable rate, eclipsing 250 employees after only 4 years, and earning recognition locally and nationally as an exceptional place to work. Now Ted is a personal development coach, working with individuals and organizations to help them expand their awareness and shift from living reactively to living consciously - from tolerating life and work to loving it.
