"New Beginnings: How We Redefined Our Company Culture"

---

In 2023, GE HealthCare embarked on its journey as an independent company, presenting a unique opportunity to redefine its culture. This transformation underscored the critical role of workplace culture as a driver of sustainable business growth. When intentionally shaped and nurtured, culture serves as a catalyst for strategic success, enhancing execution and long-term performance. However, if left unchecked, it can become a distraction, hinder momentum, and create barriers to progress.

This session explores the core principles that guided GE HealthCare’s cultural evolution and how organizations can apply them to foster an environment where employees feel empowered to do their best work. By prioritizing an intentional and healthy culture, businesses can strengthen engagement, drive innovation, and create lasting impact.

Through this session, you'll know how to:

  1. Implement key cultural principles from GE HealthCare’s transformation to create a positive and empowering work environment.

  2. Set and track measurable outcomes, such as employee engagement and retention, to drive continuous improvement.

  3. Develop strategies to foster a strong, cohesive, and inclusive culture that supports success across all regions.
