Marketing Brief: 

CultureCon, now a Certified B Corporation®, is on a mission to inspire positive change around organizational culture. Through large conferences, online courses, consulting services, and certification programs, we deliver experiences that provide practical tools and motivation for our customers to become cultural change agents within their organizations. Our customers include business owners, CxOs, HR leaders, senior management, individual contributors, and anyone who wants to build more uplifting, inspiring, and healthy workplaces.

Zach Blumenfeld’s motto, Make What You Do Matter, speaks volumes about how he leads his life. His commitment to working to improve the lives of others are qualities that influenced the start of CultureCon. In additional to CultureCon, Zach was also Co-Founder/COO of ThirdSpace, a workplace culture software, as well as a founder of numerous other startups. Zach is passionate about fixing the broken workplace. Zach speaks at events across the globe including: The University of Wisconsin Innovation Conference, DisruptHR, and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) on topics that include: culture, engagement, innovation, generational differences in the workplace, and connecting your team to the mission of the organization.

Nick Lombardino

Co-Founder

Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Nick Lombardino is an imaginative social entrepreneur and community builder with extensive experience scaling organizations that drive positive change for individuals, companies, and communities. With widespread professional services experience, Nick has been in leadership roles spanning Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. 

In addition to his work at CultureCon, Nick is a faculty member at Edgewood College, teaching Social Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Prior to joining CultureCon full-time, Nick was a member of the leadership team at FarWell, responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the organization's EX strategies. 

​

Outside of work (or during work), Nick is passionate about cribbage, soul music, lunch buffets and just about anything you’d find in a senior living community.

Diara Parker

Advisory Board Member

Diara Parker is a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant, as well as a change management and organizational culture champion. As the COO and Chief Organizational Development Consultant for EQT By Design, Diara supports organizations and communities as they redesign, build, and implement strategic initiatives using an equity-centered change management approach. 

 

Diara has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development and is passionate about employing equity-driven, people-centric approaches to change management and strategy development that center the voices of diverse stakeholders and support long-term sustainability.

Katie Gaynor CultureCon

Katie Gaynor

Katie’s passion lies in utilizing communication strategies for humanitarian efforts. She has supported the missions of nonprofit organizations like Operation Fresh Start, American Red Cross, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services and currently works for the think tank Filene Research Institute, working to support paths towards financial stability and wellness. 

​

Katie earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as a proud Minnesotan living in Wisconsin, she’s unapologetically loyal to the Steelers – no matter how many Packer fans she’s surrounded by!

​

In addition to CultureCon, you can catch Katie volunteering for a variety of causes including serving as a Board Member for the Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault. In her down time, Katie spends time singing in a band, planning her next international adventure and supervising her dogs social media presence.

Nathan Bossow

Nathan is a certified project management professional with experience in organizational growth strategy and change initiatives. He specializes in supporting projects using systems thinking, lean methodology, and applying core principles embedded in design.
