She has deep expertise in all aspects of workforce management and prioritizes strong culture, employee engagement and retention while building meaningful relationships and collaborations cross-functionally. Currently, Anahita serves as Chief People Officer for Thrive Pet Healthcare, with previous senior leadership experience at Aspen Dental, HealthPartners, Target Corporation, and Banfield Pet Hospitals. She maintains a lifelong commitment to community service and has served on numerous board leadership roles for nonprofit organizations.
