Anahita Cameron is a change-driven healthcare and retail operations Human Resources executive with a proven track record fostering organizational growth while honoring a commitment to employees, customers, and local communities. She has deep expertise in all aspects of workforce management and prioritizes strong culture, employee engagement and retention while building meaningful relationships and collaborations cross-functionally. Currently, Anahita serves as Chief People Officer for Thrive Pet Healthcare, with previous senior leadership experience at Aspen Dental, HealthPartners, Target Corporation, and Banfield Pet Hospitals. She maintains a lifelong commitment to community service and has served on numerous board leadership roles for nonprofit organizations.
