"The Joyful Connection Masterclass: Make a Real Friend and Learn 3 Activities to Build Belonging"

---

You know that feeling after most conference sessions, where you took some notes but didn't actually meet anyone? This is the opposite of that.

For 75 minutes, three connection pros from the Connection Crew by Covve will guide you through the joyful, low-pressure activities that have made this our most loved experience. You won't sit and listen to a talk about connection. You'll practice it, with the people in the room.

Here's how it works. Each of our three facilitators leads one of their favorite connection activities, the kind you can run yourself the very next day. No awkward networking. No forced sharing. No pressure to perform. Just simple, well-designed moments that make it easy to be curious and human with the people around you.

This is refreshingly unlike any session you’ve attended. Most attendees walk out saying it was the best conference session they’ve ever been to and walk out with a new friend they actually keep in touch with.

To help you build a culture of belonging in the workplace and your own communities, facilitator guides are given to attendees.

If you came to this conference to meet people, not just to fill a notebook, this is your session.

Participants will leave with:

  1. A burst of joyful energy that carries through the rest of the conference

  2. At least one real connection, and quite possibly a lifelong friend

  3. Three connection activities you can run yourself, with the facilitator guides to make belonging happen at work or in your own community
