"Using AI to Strengthen the Human Side of Leadership"
---
As AI becomes embedded in daily work, leadership advantage is no longer defined by access to information or efficiency alone. What differentiates effective leaders is what only humans can do well: build emotional connection, motivate people, navigate difficult conversations, and inspire teams to perform.
Yet most managers are expected to lead in complex, high-stakes interpersonal moments without ever having a safe way to practice the skills required. Traditional leadership development often delivers insight—but rarely creates sustained behavior change.
This interactive session explores how AI can be used to strengthen human-centered leadership rather than replace it. Participants will not only learn about a practice-based, AI-enabled leadership development approach—they will experience it firsthand.
During the session, attendees will engage in a realistic AI-powered workplace scenario, respond as a leader would in a real situation, and receive instant feedback and results. The group will discuss what the feedback reveals, how small behavior shifts improve outcomes, and how repeated practice builds confidence and capability over time.
The session also walks through how this approach integrates into broader leadership development strategies. Participants will explore how AI-driven scenarios, micro-learning, peer discussion, and optional coaching can be combined to personalize development, fit into busy schedules, and produce measurable improvement at both the individual and organizational level.
Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for human leadership, this session demonstrates how AI can accelerate the development of the interpersonal skills leaders need most in an AI-driven workplace: trust, connection, and motivation.

Participants will leave ready to:
-
Practice human-centered leadership skills using AI. Experience a live AI-powered workplace scenario, receive instant feedback, and see how small behavioral shifts can improve trust, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
-
Apply a repeatable model for practice-based leadership development. Learn how short, frequent leadership simulations supported by AI, peer discussion, and reflection can create measurable behavior change beyond traditional training.
-
Integrate AI-enabled leadership development into their organization. Identify practical ways to embed AI-driven practice scenarios, micro-learning, and coaching into existing manager training and leadership programs.
