​​1. How can I speak at future conferences?
Our speaker application portal is open through December 31st, 2024.

Please note that CultureCon does not pay speakers or offer reimbursement for travel expenses.

2. How can I become a sponsor?
Our conferences are not possible without the generous support from sponsors. If you'd like to learn more about our flexible sponsorship offerings, Contact Us.
3. How can I volunteer?
CultureCon is not possible without the generous support of volunteers. If you'd like to be considered for volunteering opportunities, please complete our Contact Us form and select the Volunteering Opportunities checkbox.

4. Why are my shoes so wet?
Did you step in a puddle again? Stop doing that.

5. What happens if the event sells out before I can buy a ticket?
CultureCon events typically sell out about one month before the conference, so we encourage you to secure your ticket early! If the event does sell out, you can join our waitlist. Waitlist members will be notified first if any tickets become available.

6. How do I get a media pass?
To inquire about media passes, please email info@cultureconusa.org.

7. Are purchased tickets refundable or transferable?
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty if received in writing prior to seven (7) days of the event. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

8. What is the conference dress code?
Business comfortable. Wait. Casual formal? It doesn't matter. Some attendees will be in jeans and sneakers, others will be in khakis and dress shoes. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

9. Where should I park?

10. What meals are provided?
Once available, our event schedule page will feature our hosted meal information. We accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

11. What hotels are available?

12. What sites and tourist attractions are available?

13. Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentation slides and select video recordings will be made available after the event in our Learning Center. Details on how to access the content will be provided after the event.

14. Does the conference count towards SHRM and HRCI re-certification credits?
Our conference qualifies for re-certification credits from both SHRM and HRCI. After the event is over, we will publish re-certification codes in the same location as our speaker slides and video recordings.
15. What is the 'Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership' that's included with my ticket?
All conference attendees are eligible to receive a complimentary 'Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership.' Certificates will be offered and issued after the conference concludes.
