"AI-Powered Culture: Redefining How We Work, Who We Hire, and What We Stand For"
---
We will explore how organizations must intentionally declare the role AI plays in their company and why clarity matters. When leaders are explicit about how AI supports their mission, values, and guiding principles, it becomes an accelerant for trust, performance, and alignment rather than a source of fear or confusion.
Drawing from experience scaling global organizations, Dennis will unpack what talent density really means in an AI-enabled world. It is not about replacing people with technology. It is about building teams where highly capable individuals are augmented by AI, allowing them to operate with greater leverage, speed, and impact. AI becomes a force multiplier that elevates human judgment, creativity, and decision-making.
The session will also examine how employer brand is reshaped by these choices. The companies that win talent are those that clearly communicate how technology empowers their people, invests in continuous education, and creates space for learning and adaptation. Culture does not shift accidentally. It shifts when leaders actively model curiosity, embrace change, and create psychological safety around new ways of working.
Participants will leave ready to:
-
Clearly define and communicate AI’s role within their organization.
-
Design teams where AI amplifies human judgment, creativity, and accountability.
-
Model leadership behaviors that build trust, curiosity, and psychological safety during technological change.
-
Strengthen employer brand by aligning AI adoption with mission, values, and learning culture.
