Eddie Geller is a visionary entrepreneur and performance strategist with a deep belief in technology’s power to improve lives. Originally from Australia and now based in New York, Eddie brings a dynamic, people-first approach to leadership, innovation, and growth.
He is the Founder and CEO of SKOR, a data intelligence platform that measures team performance—revealing blind spots, growth opportunities, and profit potential through team-by-team insights.
Prior to SKOR, Eddie co-founded and served as CEO of Tinybeans, the family-focused app trusted by millions of parents to preserve and share precious memories. Under his leadership from 2014, Tinybeans went public on the ASX in 2017.
Eddie's entrepreneurial journey began with Unique World, a software and consulting firm he founded in 1999. Over 12 years, he scaled it to 100 people and $15M in revenue with 22% EBITDA, leading to its successful acquisition by Jacobs Engineering in 2011.
Eddie’s expertise spans leadership, organizational psychology, team performance, and enterprise sales. Known for his strategic clarity, he excels at building high-performing teams, driving alignment, and forging lasting partnerships.
Outside the boardroom, Eddie is deeply committed to community and impact. He serves in leadership roles with YPO, advises startups including Nicco Global and PTI Tech, and sits on the board of the nonprofit Second Chance Toys. Through the SKOR High Performance Blog, he shares lessons on leadership, culture, and performance.
A devoted husband and father of four sons, Eddie balances his entrepreneurial energy with endurance challenges and the occasional round of golf.
