"Building Resilient Teams for Constant Change"
---
As leaders, we've often approached leading through change as a moment of time, something with a definite end date. However, the current environment has no rhythm or consistency when it comes to change. Today's leaders must be equipped to have the right level of resilience in this ambiguous world so they can manage themselves and their teams through change successfully.
In her keynote, Eliza will discuss building resilient and mentally agile leaders through curiosity, by encouraging calculated risk taking and iterative thinking. She'll share ButcherBox's "coaching for all" approach that democratizes professional development beyond the executive suite, and the organization's framework to navigate AI adoption without leaving anyone behind.
She'll challenge the audience to think differently about who you hire and how you develop them because in a world of constant change, someone who's never done it before with the right mindset can outperform the most experienced hire with a fixed one.
Through this session, you'll get:
-
Identify and cultivate critical mindsets that support resilience and adaptability.
-
Build cultures that scale intentionally rather than relying on surface-level initiatives.
-
Empower teams to move quickly, experiment responsibly, and take calculated risks without burnout.
