Eve Psalti is a seasoned technology and business leader with over 20 years of global experience driving innovation at the intersection of AI, cloud, and enterprise transformation. She currently serves as Senior Director in Microsoft’s AI engineering organization, where she leads efforts to build, scale, and commercialize advanced AI capabilities and solutions.

Before rejoining Microsoft, Eve was Head of Strategic Platforms at Google Cloud, partnering with Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategies. Her career spans leadership roles in product, business development, and go-to-market across startups and large enterprises in the U.S. and Europe, managing teams of over 200 people and businesses exceeding $600M.

A native of Greece, Eve holds a Master’s degree and executive certifications from the London School of Economics and the University of Washington. She is passionate about advancing women in tech and entrepreneurship, serving on the board of WE Global Studios, an innovation studio for female founders, and as an advisor at VSN Hub, which blends leadership development with principles from ancient Greek philosophy.
