"Purposeful Fun, Lasting Culture: Designing Engagement Programs with Intention"
---
Don’t throw away your shot — experience the Generus model for yourself.
At Generus, we believe culture comes alive when people connect through experiences that are both energetic and purposeful. Simply getting employees in the same room isn’t enough.
Our methodology shows how intentionally crafted experiences spark belonging, strengthen bonds, and drive measurable impact. By weaving in the things employees already care about — arts, sports, music, and more — we bring people’s passions into the workplace and turn them into shared culture. This session is your chance to see it in action and learn how to build deeper connections across your organization.
You’ll move through the same steps we design for companies worldwide: starting with a lively game that anchors you in the headspace of the cause, then collaborating in teams to create donations for the Boys and Girls Club of Las Vegas. Along the way, you’ll discover how giving back deepens connection, fuels conversation, and transforms engagement into something memorable and meaningful.
And to tie it all together? You’ll be guided by a star of Hamilton — a nod to the cultural power of storytelling, music, and shared experience. Just like the show transformed history into a cultural phenomenon, Generus transforms everyday moments into memorable culture-building opportunities.
This isn’t just theory. With a +87 NPS and over 15,000 employee reviews, Generus events are trusted by global brands to create unforgettable culture moments. Join us to see how connection, passion, and purpose combine to fuel belonging and thriving workplace cultures. Scan the QR code to tell us your story and be spotlighted during this breakout session.

Speaker Bios:
Jamie Larsen. Jamie Larsen has built her career around one mission: using social impact to connect people in ways that strengthen workplaces and communities. She has partnered with leaders like Kevin Rollins, former CEO of Dell, and Danny Ainge, former GM of the Boston Celtics, to bring purpose-driven engagement to the forefront of organizational culture.
In 2020, Jamie founded Generus to transform how companies engage employees by meeting them where they are—within their culture—and amplifying it through intentional experiences and software that surfaces points of connection. Generus blends positive psychology, experience design, and a dynamic engagement platform to help organizations spark belonging, strengthen culture, and drive measurable impact.
As CEO, Jamie draws on deep expertise in organizational leadership, corporate ROI, and volunteer management to help companies make the business case for corporate social responsibility while building cultures where people thrive. Her vision is simple yet powerful: when employees connect through meaningful experiences, companies unlock not only stronger teams but also a more caring world.
