The future of work is undeniably human. The question is, how do we design for it?

Join Hattie to dive into WorkPossible, a joint global employee experience research project, created in partnership with CultureCon and Fauna. WorkPossible is launching at CultureCon, so you'll be the first people to experience the insight.
​
Work doesn't happen despite our humanity. It happens because of it. From grief to celebration, struggle to success, we wanted to understand how workplaces are showing up when life gets real. This session touches on the insight but really focuses on solutions. We're going to get real about what's happening today and, what could happen tomorrow, if we designed from a place of potential.

Too often, employee experience looks backwards. We fix for problems, not possibilities. But we're not here to measure satisfaction. We're here to ignite possibility. This is for everyone who’s ever thought, ‘there must be a better way to do this’.

This is an action orientated session, we'll be:

Exploring how we can equip leaders to navigate the balance between supporting individual needs and maintaining team performance

Understanding human centered employee experience design and how you can map it
-
Defining what it really means to be a human leader, and putting it into practice
This isn't research about best practices. It's about brave ones. It’s for everyone who’s ever thought, there must be a better way.
Speaker Bio:
Hattie is Founder & Strategy Chief at Fauna, a global employee experience creative consultancy. Fauna was founded by four agency leaders with decades of expertise working with organizations to design experiences for happier people, stronger teams and better businesses.

Over the past 15 years, Hattie has shaped strategies from first hellos to fond farewells that have resulted in significant cultural shifts for some of the world’s most iconic brands and leading organizations.

There’s no single framework for people. No cut-and-paste culture. No shortcuts. Hattie's passionate about an employee-led approach to employee experience design, culture shift strategy, and innovative leadership development. Partnering with forward-thinking leaders to design transformational employee experiences that enable people to do their best work, and reimagine what it means to experience work.​​
