In her current role as Head of Culture & Engagement at Activision Publishing, she is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring enterprise-wide employee initiatives for their global workforce of more than 5,000. Jennifer’s passion is to foster connections and bridge culture gaps in order to propel both individuals and businesses to success.  With that she believes a strong culture is a company's competitive advantage.
