"Tame Your Imposter Syndrome: Unlock Real, Lasting Confidence"
---
Imposter syndrome impacts as many as 82 percent of professionals, according to a 2020 systematic review published in the Journal of General Internal Medicine. Culture leaders are especially vulnerable because they spend their days building confidence in others, championing workplace change, and reminding everyone else that they belong, all while privately questioning whether they themselves are even qualified to be in the room.
In this highly interactive workshop, Dr. Kyle Elliott helps culture leaders understand the mechanisms of imposter syndrome. Participants will challenge common imposter syndrome myths, explore how professional identity fuels self-doubt, and learn how to build confidence that lasts longer than a pep talk.
Through self-reflection, guided exercises, and peer dialogue, attendees will practice quieting self-doubt, internalizing their accomplishments, and showing up as their full, fabulous selves. This session equips leaders with practical, research-backed strategies that support both professional performance and well-being.
Each participant will leave with their own bespoke toolkit of resources to fight imposter syndrome; unlock real, lasting confidence; and bring these tools back to their own organizations.
Participants will leave ready to:
-
Challenge Common Imposter Syndrome Myths. Recognize the misconceptions about imposter syndrome that keep high-achieving leaders stuck in self-doubt.
-
Develop Lasting Confidence. Practice research-backed techniques to internalize accomplishments and build real, lasting confidence.
-
Bring Tools Back to Your Organization. Leave with practical strategies to spot imposter syndrome on your team and help others move past it.
