Michelle Spehr is a master facilitator who designs and leads learning experiences that leave people energized, inspired, seen, and valued. With a guiding belief that her purpose is to influence positive change by connecting people, connecting ideas, and connecting people with ideas, Michelle creates spaces where curiosity grows, conversations deepen, and collective wisdom emerges.

Drawing on the science of experiential learning and the art of conversational choreography, she helps attendees step into conferences not as passive participants, but as confident contributors with a clear sense of purpose. Michelle’s sessions are known for giving people intentional moments to stop, reflect, and connect in ways that elevate learning, spark insight, and build meaningful community.

Michelle has played a steady and meaningful role in cultivating connection within our community over the years.
