Noelle San Jose is the DEI Program Manager for GPJ Experience Marketing, dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Since assuming her role in 2021, she has not only doubled GPJ's DEI programming but also fundamentally transformed the organization's approach to diversity and inclusion. Noelle's work is built on three core pillars: creating inclusive spaces, shaping a culture of celebration and empowerment, and embedding DEI into business practices. Her ability to design approachable, actionable, and industry-relevant DEI programs has been a standout feature, fostering a sense of belonging. Noelle's strategic acumen, personal passion, and commitment make her a true DEI Champion.
