Presentation Details

We all know that a strong and healthy company culture drives business results. But how do you bring together distinct cultures and operating models under the same company umbrella? With more than 18,000 employees around the globe, Fanatics is building the leading global digital sports platform. This comes with empowering each of its businesses - Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles and Fanatics Betting & Gaming - to operate independently to achieve their respective results. But what does this mean from a cultural perspective? How do you ensure at the end of the day that everyone feels part of "One Fanatics?"

From creating innovative new programming across the enterprise to leaning into human resources for brand building, hear from Fanatics Chief People Officer Orlando Ashford about how Fanatics is focused on transforming its culture so that 1+1+1=6.

After this session, you'll know how to:

  1. Identify opportunities that drive cultural transformation and align with business objectives.

  2. Get buy-in from key stakeholders across a global organization to kickstart new initiatives.

  3. Set goals and evaluate success.
