"Helping the Helpers"

---

Navigating workplace culture and change can be both rewarding and daunting. Professionals across industries are often deeply engaged in supporting others, guiding transformation, and adapting to shifting demands—yet too often, personal well-being and growth take a backseat.

This session is not just about the evolution of workplace roles but about who individuals need to be to stay whole amid professional challenges. It will explore how to balance external responsibilities with personal fulfillment, offering space for discussion and reflection on the journey ahead.

With a brief look at where workplace culture has been and where it’s going, this session will focus on the mindset and resilience needed to thrive. Time spent in community is essential for meaningful change, and this conversation will provide an opportunity to connect, reflect, and prepare for what’s next.

Through this session, you'll receive:

  1. Guidance for achieving depth and excellence in your people work no matter the org, industry or strategy.

  2. Tangible tips for setting healthy guardrails as a “helper.”

  3. Tangible tips for creating a safe, supportive environment for your team of “helpers.”
