Presentation Details

"Leading AI Transformation"

---

Many conversations about AI focus on why it matters or how leaders should think about it. This session focuses on something different: how to actually implement it successfully across an organization.

Drawing on the real-world journey to achieving 81% AI adoption at ZoomInfo, this tactical session breaks down the operational systems, governance structures, and engagement strategies required to turn AI from isolated experiments into everyday workflows.

You’ll learn how to move beyond pilots and proof-of-concepts by building cross-functional coalitions, setting measurable goals, establishing safe-use guardrails, and creating the internal infrastructure that sustains adoption. From enablement programs and communication strategies to ambassador networks and recognition systems, this session reveals what it really takes to scale AI in practice.

If you’re responsible for driving transformation, not just talking about it, you’ll walk away with a repeatable implementation blueprint you can apply immediately.

Participants will leave ready to:

  1. Design a structured AI rollout plan. Identify priority use cases, define adoption metrics, and align stakeholders across functions.

  2. Build the operational foundation for responsible scaling. Create policies, governance models, and tool standards that enable innovation while protecting your organization.

  3. Activate organization-wide adoption. Deploy practical tactics like enablement programs, internal champions, recognition systems, and storytelling to reinforce new behaviors and sustain momentum.
