"What's My Enneagram?"
---
High-performing cultures don’t come from tactics alone, they start with understanding yourself. If you don’t know what drives you, it’s pretty hard to lead or motivate anyone else.

In this session, Stephen Jolley, Director of Demand Generation at Motivosity, breaks down how personality and motivation show up in the way we work, communicate, and recognize others. He’ll share what he’s learned from being an Enneagram 7w6—both the strengths and the blind spots—and how different personality types experience recognition in completely different ways.

This isn’t about putting people in boxes. It’s about getting a better read on yourself and the people you work with. We’ll use simple tools like the Truity assessment, plus AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini, to help you dig into what actually motivates people—how they think, how they communicate, and what makes recognition land.

At the end of the day, this is about connecting the dots. When you understand your team on a deeper level, trust gets stronger, engagement goes up, and people actually feel like they belong.
Because this isn’t really about personality frameworks—it’s about leading in a way that makes people feel seen.

Participants will leave ready to:
-
Identify your own Enneagram tendencies and recognize how different personality types are motivated, communicate, and respond under pressure.
-
Adapt feedback, appreciation, and messaging based on individual motivation styles so people feel seen, not managed.
-
Leverage tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to generate real-time reflection, communication strategies, and practical ways to better understand your team.
