"You Don’t Need Permission to Shape Culture"

---

Most people care deeply about workplace culture.  Far fewer feel empowered to shape it.

We often treat culture as something owned by executives, HR, or formal initiatives. But culture isn’t controlled by org charts. It’s shaped daily by behaviors — what gets reinforced, what gets tolerated, what gets clarified, and what gets amplified.

When people wait for permission to influence those behaviors, culture stalls.

This interactive 30-minute session reframes culture as a shared leadership responsibility — regardless of title. Participants will explore how everyday actions send signals that are observed and then interpreted by others, shaping trust, accountability, and performance.

Through guided reflection and structured exercises, attendees will identify where they have more influence than they realize and design one specific culture shift they can initiate within the next 30 days.

This is not a session about launching new programs or rewriting values. It’s a practical working lab for culture champions, people leaders, and individual contributors who want to drive meaningful change from wherever they sit.

Culture isn’t owned.

It’s modeled.

And you don’t need permission to shape it.

Participants will leave ready to:

  1. Recognize how everyday behaviors shape culture more powerfully than formal initiatives

  2. Apply the Reinforce, Tolerate, Clarify, Amplify framework to influence culture from any role

  3. Initiate one specific culture shift within the next 30 days
