Workshop Overview:
Join us for an immersive, 4-hour pre-conference experience to map your story to your time at the conference, and the work you have in front of you this year.
This experience is designed to spark clarity, connection, and conviction. Together with ~40 fellow culture champions, you’ll dive deep into personal reflection, craft meaningful connections, and walk away with tangible tools to lead with purpose.
This is not a sit-and-get session. You’ll be seated in intentionally curated 4-person tables to foster powerful conversations and co-create alongside other practitioners who care deeply about making work meaningful and building thriving cultures.

Gabe is a relationally driven leader and leadership development expert with a global track record of impact across military, nonprofit, and organizational settings. A West Point graduate and Ranger-qualified Infantry Officer, Gabe led under extreme pressure—including as a first responder on 9/11 and during a year-long combat deployment in Mosul, Iraq—before mentoring future Army leaders as an Associate Professor at Clemson University. After his military service, he launched a nonprofit in Cape Town focused on developing emerging leaders. Today, Gabe helps individuals and teams build meaningful, people-centered organizations by combining operational excellence with a deep commitment to human potential.
