1. How can I speak at the EdGov Summit?
We are no longer taking speaker applications for 2024 programs. Our call for 2025 speakers will begin in October 2024. If you'd like to receive an email notification when our application portal reopens, please complete our Contact Us form and select the Speaker/Instructor Opportunities checkbox.

Please note that CultureCon does not pay speakers or offer reimbursement for travel expenses.

2. How can I become a sponsor of the EdGov Summit?
Our conferences are not possible without the generous support from local, national, and international businesses. If you'd like to learn more about sponsorship opportunities, Contact Us.
 
3. How can I volunteer at the EdGov Summit?
CultureCon is not possible without the generous support of volunteers. If you'd like to be considered for volunteering opportunities, please complete our 'Contact Us' form and select the Volunteering Opportunities checkbox.

4. Why are my shoes so wet?
Did you step in a puddle again? Stop doing that.

5. Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes.

6. How do I get a media pass?
To inquire about media passes, please email info@cultureconusa.org.

7. Are purchased tickets refundable or transferable?
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty if received in writing prior to seven (7) days of the event. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

8. What is the conference dress code? 
Business comfortable. Wait. Casual formal? It doesn't matter. Some attendees will be in jeans and sneakers, others will be in khakis and dress shoes. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

9. Where should I park?
Please visit our 'Travel and Accommodations' page for parking information.

10. What meals are provided?
Once available, our event schedule page will feature our hosted meal information. We accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

12. What sites and tourist attractions are available?
Here are some recommendations on things to do and places to eat. For more information and recommendations for your stay, visit the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau website.

13. Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentation slides and video recordings will be made available after the event in our Learning Center. Details on how to access the content will be provided after the event.

14. Does the conference count towards professional re-certification credits?
Our conference qualifies for re-certification credits from both SHRM and HRCI. After the event is over, we will publish re-certification codes in the same location as our speaker slides and video recordings.
