Press Release: CultureCon Announces National Expansion of Annual Conference

Growing customer demand brings the nation’s premier workplace culture conference to the West Coast

Lauded as one of the country’s premier conferences for workplace culture, CultureCon LLC has expanded their event series to include the West Coast. CultureCon West will be hosted in Santa Ana, California on June 7th and 8th.

Since CultureCon launched in 2018, the conference has rapidly grown in popularity. Today, the event draws international attendance and features presentations from executives at companies including LinkedIn, SAP, Universal Music Group, Gallup, Harvard Business Publishing, Strava, Credit Karma, Reebok, Cisco, Hallmark Inc. and many others. Presentations include a wide range of topics that help individuals and organizations learn how to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of organizational culture. CultureCon 2023, the organization’s annual flagship conference, is hosted in Madison, Wisconsin.

“We’re thrilled to expand our conference to the West Coast,” said Zach Blumenfeld, Co-founder of CultureCon. “California accounts for the second largest geographical demographic among our annual conference attendees. This is a unique opportunity to not only engage a new audience, but to incorporate unique perspectives and voices that otherwise wouldn’t be heard.” With speakers from all corners, CultureCon West is estimating 400 attendees with plans to engage the local community to support local businesses and offer job fair services to individuals impacted by lay-offs.

The idea for CultureCon West, as well as the conference’s community give back programs, have been developed in partnership with Rancho Santiago Community College District, part of the California Community Colleges. “We are thrilled to host the inaugural CultureCon West conference to help grow attendees’ perspectives, connect with our diverse intersectional communities, and promote positive culture change,” said Cheng Yu Hou, Vice Chancellor of People and Culture at Rancho Santiago Community College District. “Having attended CultureCon 2022, we seized the opportunity to bring CultureCon to our region where the community can thrive.”

Outside of its large, in-person conferences, CultureCon has grown its services to include consulting services, online courses, and certification programs. “Since our inception, our mission hasn’t changed - we want to be the conduit that brings together the nation’s foremost organizational culture experts and deliver learning experiences that empower individuals, regardless of their roles and titles, to inspire positive change within their own companies,” said Nick Lombardino, Co-founder of CultureCon. “All of our offerings are grounded in pragmatic, actionable takeaways. We want our community to be able to take what they learn and start creating change at their organizations.”

CultureCon West is currently accepting event sponsors with discounted attendee tickets available through March 30th, 2023. For more information, contact info@cultureconusa.org.
