CultureCon’s Inaugural AI Summit 2026

We’re excited to announce that CultureCon’s first-ever AI Summit will be taking place April 22–23, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin! This two-day event will bring together forward-thinking professionals to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work and the role each of us plays in shaping what comes next.

The AI Summit 2026 is more than a tech conference. It’s a space for bold ideas, practical strategies, and people-centered leadership. As AI becomes more embedded in how we lead, collaborate, and communicate, we’ll also explore its broader impact on ethics, equity, and the future of the human experience.

Attendees will experience hands-on workshops and interactive speaker sessions, learning how to use AI as a creative partner to spark new ideas, boost productivity, and drive innovation while keeping people and culture at the center.

We’re proud to partner with the University of Wisconsin–Madison for this event. As part of the partnership, Greg Downey, Evjue-Bascom Professor and incoming Director of The Information School (iSchool), will present a fascinating session called “Histories and Futures of AI in the Workplace.” Greg will show how today’s hopes and concerns about AI have deeper historical roots than we might think, offering practical insights to help us build a more intentional future.
